Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans for the U.S. market to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in formulating pricing strategies and customer development strategies based on products, market trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Expand customer resources through both online and offline channels, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
  • Understand customer needs and market feedback, resolve customer issues promptly, and enhance cooperation experience.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and create more sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and regularly participate in exhibitions, forums, and related events to gain market insights and business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales progress and market reports, and put forward constructive suggestions and improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the mobile phone parts/accessories industry, with proven ability in independent market development.
  • Familiar with the U.S. mobile phone parts/accessories market trends and dynamics.
  • Strong sales skills and market development strategies with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term and stable customer relationships.
  • Strong team spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with internal departments.
  • Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for business communication.
