This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team focused on optimizing logistics and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth shipments by supporting freight operations.
- Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Execute processes to meet standard work expectations.
- Develop performance metrics to drive business results.
Essential Skills
- Experience in logistics and operations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate between multiple parties.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Capability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Work experience in transportation and supply chain management.
- Experience in customer/vendor relations, freight, transportation, and dispatch.
- Ability to deep dive and problem solve effectively.
- Experience with Paragon software is beneficial.
Work Environment
The role operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Work is remote on Mondays and Fridays, while office presence is required from Tuesday to Thursday. The environment is fast-paced, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $23.00/hr.
