Monkee's of Naples, an upscale, women's boutique carrying the latest in shoes, clothing and accessories, is seeking an experienced boutique sales associate.

The expectations and responsibilities of this job are varied. While this is not inclusive, a summary of duties and expectations follows:

  • Develop, promote, and maintain excellent customer service and customer relations
  • Daily sales growth; identify customer needs, provide on trend fashion advice
  • Product knowledge
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the store; including store cleanliness, nightly bank deposits
  • Open availability

Necessary Attributes:

  • A passion for fashion
  • Goal driven
  • Self-motivated
  • A genuine, welcoming personality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Competitor knowledge

Necessary Experience:

  • Proven, successful track record in retail sales
  • Experience with POS systems
  • 3-5 Years of Retail Experience

Shift Requirements:

  • 20+ hours a week--we cannot accommodate set schedules, so open availability is a priority
  • 2-3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month.
