Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Sales Associate to create exceptional in-store experiences for our clients. You will provide expert styling advice, build long-lasting client relationships, and help drive sales performance while upholding our brand's premium standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales

  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each sale
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Provide personalized styling suggestions and expert product knowledge
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, supporting overall team success

Store Presentation

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
  • Ensure all displays, mannequins, and visual merchandising meet brand standards
  • Replenish sales floor inventory and organize stockroom as needed

Store Operations

  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Capture and utilize client information through the CRM system
  • Stay informed about new collections and styling trends
  • Represent 120% Lino as a brand ambassador within the local community
