Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in

, or related field - 7+ years of
collections experience
, including 3+ years in a
law firm

professional services
environment - Proficient in financial systems like

Microsoft Office Suite - Skilled in
collections digitization
and financial technology tools - Strong

client service orientation - Excellent

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
transformation of collections operations
, applying
industry best practices
to streamline performance. - Develop and implement
firm-wide collections strategies
and policies aligned with financial goals. - Monitor and analyze
accounts receivable metrics
to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. - Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, finance teams, and clients to resolve outstanding balances.
- Set and track
monthly collection targets
, proactively managing any shortfalls. - Oversee a high-performing collections team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with
legal and regulatory guidelines
related to collections and client communications. - Support
month-end close
and assist with
year-end audits
as needed. - Champion
continuous process improvement
and lead initiatives to digitize and optimize workflows.
