  • Strong

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    transformation of collections operations
    , applying
    industry best practices
    to streamline performance.
  • Develop and implement
    firm-wide collections strategies
    and policies aligned with financial goals.
  • Monitor and analyze
    accounts receivable metrics
    to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, finance teams, and clients to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Set and track
    monthly collection targets
    , proactively managing any shortfalls.
  • Oversee a high-performing collections team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with
    legal and regulatory guidelines
    related to collections and client communications.
  • Support
    month-end close
    and assist with
    year-end audits
    as needed.
  • Champion
    continuous process improvement
    and lead initiatives to digitize and optimize workflows.
