We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Maintenance Mechanic - JLL What is the day-to-day:Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Conducting routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.Collaborating with the facility management team to develop maintenance plans and schedules.Responding to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime.Assisting in the coordination of repairs and upgrades with external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment repair history.Required qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Preferred qualifications:Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient technologies.Location: OnsiteWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pmCompensation: $36 per hourEstimated compensation for this position:74,880.00 – 74,880.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
