Lead cross functional teams and pair with internal contractors and technical staff to exceed customer satisfactionSite and Vendor ManagementSupport and assist with vendor management for maintenance of janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and others defined within our accountSupport facility soft services as needed and directed such as: janitorial, meetings preparation, conference services, copy centers, media services, waste, food services, parking, vending, and badgingClient Relationship ManagementProactively develop and manage client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achievedFinance ManagementAssist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the site as well as prepare monthly spend reports (actual vs. budget, variance etc.)Keep track of Approved/Rejected POs by checking e-mails and the PO status' on E1Required Qualifications:3+ years of industry experience and supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.Working knowledge of CMMS, relational database, work order management systemsFamiliar with hard services offering (technical knowledge on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems)Excellent customer service deliveryExperience with Microsoft Office products, like PowerPoint, Outlook and ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Bi-lingual is a plusAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirableExperience using Maximo CMMS and Building Engines softwareLocation: Thousand Oaks, CAWork EnvironmentAbility to work, on occasion, flexible hours which may exceed 8 hours in a day, 5 days in a week or 40 hours in a week.Office-based with standard business equipment and technologyThe role requires working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment that adheres to strict compliance standardsPhysical demands are generally limited to those associated with a normal office environment (sitting, standing, using computers and phones). Estimated compensation for this position:70,000.00 – 88,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
