About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our restaurant and hospitality supply products across the HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-field and virtual visits to prospective clients including restaurants, cafés, and hotels to promote our products.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships within the HORECA industry.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or hospitality sales (preferably within HORECA supplies or restaurant equipment).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, inventory systems, and MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in selling to restaurants, hotels, or catering businesses.
- Strong customer service orientation and business acumen.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
