We are seeking a wellness Director .

Wellness Director is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive wellness programs that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals within an organization or community. Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design, implement, and manage wellness programs tailored to the needs of employees or community members. This includes health screenings, fitness classes, nutrition counseling, and emotional wellness training. 2
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the health and wellness needs of the organization or community, and monitor the effectiveness of wellness initiatives through data analysis and participant feedback. 2
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers, fitness instructors, nutritionists, and other professionals to offer a wide range of wellness services and workshops. 2
  • Education and Promotion: Create and disseminate educational materials related to health and wellness, and promote wellness initiatives to increase participation. 2

Qualifications
