Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicles, including other makes as needed.
  • Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Repair and maintain automotive electrical systems, ensuring functionality and safety.
  • Align wheels and perform suspension repairs to enhance vehicle performance.
  • Use schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Operate hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Document all repairs and services performed on vehicles for customer records.

Skills

  • Proficient in automotive repair techniques, with a focus on all vehicles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive service practices, including diagnostics and repair.
  • Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and their components.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to vehicle systems.
  • Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers regarding vehicle issues.
