CDJR Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the ideal CDJR vehicle to match their needs and budget
  • Build strong relationships through top-tier customer service and follow-ups
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CDJR models, promotions, and financing options
  • Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love

CDJR Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Go-getters with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed
  • Previous Sales experience (automotive is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
