What You'll Do

  • Lead and support commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals
  • Navigate title reviews, loan transactions, legal opinions, and entitlements
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, manage entity formation, and handle M&A transactions
  • Work with clients across industries including construction, home services, and more

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant legal experience
  • Licensed to practice law (Florida preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
