Clennt Advisory is partnering with a fast-growing AI organization to hire a Senior Director of Sales – Travel & Hospitality. This is a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role with strategic ownership.
Location: Remote (North America)
Our client is a fast-growing global technology and AI/analytics services organization. They specialize in Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and end-to-end AI-led transformation. The company leverages a strong mix of domain expertise, technology innovation, and pre-built accelerators to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions for enterprise customers. Their global delivery model enables cost-effective, high-impact engagements across industries.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Sales Leader (Hunter) to spearhead new business growth within the Travel & Hospitality sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on breaking into new logos, crafting strategic relationships, and building long-term value with enterprise clients.
This is a net-new (NN) sales role focused on creating, shaping, and converting opportunities across the Travel & Hospitality ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
New Logo & Market Expansion-
- Drive end-to-end sales efforts to acquire new clients within Travel & Hospitality — including:
- Large enterprise "whales"
- Mid-market organizations
- High-growth digital natives and emerging disruptors
- Build a strong opportunity pipeline across airlines, hotels, OTAs, travel platforms, and related sub-verticals.
Revenue Growth & Strategic Selling-
- Create recurring revenue streams across services, solutions, and accelerators.
- Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and client stakeholders.
- Establish engagement models that unlock downstream high-value opportunities.
Sales Leadership & Judgment
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen — knowing which deals to pursue, when to pivot, and how to prioritize for maximum impact.
- Bring structure, rigor, and discipline to the sales process.
- Own the number — full accountability for driving growth within the sector.
Executive-Level Engagement
- Navigate complex client organizations and gain access to senior executives.
- Elevate conversations to the C-suite when needed to secure strategic positioning.
- Lead compelling, high-value discussions that uncover business challenges and AI/analytics-driven opportunities.
- Creative, Empathetic & Provocative Selling
- Differentiate in competitive environments by combining insight, empathy, and bold thinking.
- Identify opportunities where none appear obvious — creating demand, not just responding to it.
- Influence clients through thoughtful provocation and industry foresight.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in new logo sales in Travel & Hospitality, ideally selling Data, Analytics, AI/ML, or Digital Engineering services.
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of opening and scaling enterprise accounts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build from zero-to-one.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep curiosity about innovation within the Travel & Hospitality technology landscape.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-focused, and transparent culture.
