Are you an experienced and meticulous professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Office Billing and Bookkeeping Employee to manage our office tasks efficiently and ensure smooth bookkeeping operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform general office duties with precision

  • Billing customers & Accounts Receivable

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records

  • Handle correspondence and communicate effectively via phone and email

  • Organize and manage paperwork efficiently

  • Utilize computer software proficiently for various office tasks

  • Write clearly and professionally for internal and external communication

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in office work and bookkeeping

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using computers and office software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, emails, etc)

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

  • Quickbooks experience is a plus

3 years + Experience

Monday to Saturday work schedule.

US Work Authorization. Anyone without work authorization or experience in this position should not apply for this job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52, $65,000.00 per year
