Litigation Associate - Newport Beach, CA

Salary:
$137,750-$250,000 (DOE)

Billable Target:

Schedule:
Primarily in-office (across from Fashion Island); hybrid flexibility considered

What You'll Do

  • Handle a mix of business, real estate, probate, and employment counseling matters
  • Manage cases from pleadings through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and appearances
  • Support several partners and gain exposure to high-quality, varied work
  • Partner directly with clients in a professional, team-driven setting

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5+ years of litigation experience (business, real estate, probate, or employment counseling)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling hearings, client interaction, and multiple case types
