We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchant Cash Advance Sales Representative to join our financial services team. This role involves engaging with small to medium-sized business clients to promote and facilitate merchant cash advance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, banking, or related fields, with excellent customer service skills and a solid understanding of financial products. This position offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, client-focused environment dedicated to helping businesses grow.

Duties
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Present and explain merchant cash advance options tailored to client needs, emphasizing benefits and features.
- Process loan applications accurately using financial software and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
- Conduct basic math calculations for loan amounts, repayment terms, and cash flow analysis to assist clients effectively.
- Manage cash handling and cash management procedures during client transactions with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
- Assist in loan processing activities, including verifying financial information and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction histories for reporting purposes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements affecting merchant cash advances.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of basic math, retail math, and financial software applications is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures, cash handling, cashiering, and cash management practices.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math calculations for accurate data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey product benefits and technical information.
