Orthopedic Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key orthopedic surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed goals
  • Manage and track customer activity, report on progress, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate local educational and sales events to support business objectives
  • Provide exceptional support before, during, and after surgical cases—including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Adhere strictly to Company policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influence skills
  • High-level technical proficiency and clinical knowledge
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 95% within territory
