What it's like to be a Truck Checker

As a Pallet Verifier at Fabiano Brothers, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those starting a career in logistics. Your key responsibilities will include checking built pallets of product for accuracy. To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you should be willing to learn, follow supervisor directives, and maintain reliability and punctuality. A basic understanding of math and computer skills is necessary.

Essential Functions & Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn and follow supervisor directives.
  • Motivated to work safely, efficiently, and adapt to a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stack, move, and sort products weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Reliability and punctuality for shifts.
  • Capability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically between 60-64 degrees) with some outdoor exposure.
  • Basic math and computer skills are required and must be understood comfortably.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
