Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative specializing as an Insurance Claim Specialist. This role involves engaging with clients to identify roofing needs, guiding them through insurance claim processes, and providing tailored roofing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance procedures related to roofing claims. Multilingual capabilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including prospecting and client outreach
  • Assist clients in navigating the insurance claim process related to roofing damages
  • Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and provide customized roofing solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, scope of work, and insurance claim details with clients and insurance adjusters
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and record keeping
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and expand market reach
  • Provide ongoing customer service post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and local regulations affecting roofing claims

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of successful negotiations
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance procedures clearly
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and insurance claim details
  • Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer information
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services effectively
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus for handling sensitive information appropriately
  • Experience in telemarketing or outreach campaigns is advantageous but not required
