We will review every six months for pay raises and this position is not just hourly, it also has the opportunity for generous commissions, as well as some free clinic services (and large discounts on other services) as an added employee perk.

Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled (newly or seasoned) and passionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with IV Therapy and/or Blood Withdrawal (BW) Certification to join our dynamic wellness team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of regenerative medicine, helping patients achieve optimal health through advanced biohacking protocols and personalized care. We are looking to bring on a few LVN's with the IV therapy and/or blood draw certification, as part-time at first and if you show exceptional people skills and passion we will offer a full-time position. We also prefer this is NOT your only job as we can't promise more than 20-25 hours/week until the clinic has grown. We are looking to build long-term relationships with our incredible .

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapy treatments including hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, peptide therapy, and specialized wellness protocols
• Perform blood withdrawal procedures for diagnostic testing and treatment protocols
• Prepare and administer injections including peptides, GLP-1, hormone therapy, and other prescribed treatments
• Assist with exosome therapy procedures and regenerative medicine treatments
• Conduct patient intake assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed
• Collaborate with the medical doctor and healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Support advanced pain management treatments and holistic therapy sessions
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked
• Provide exceptional patient experience aligned with our biohacking wellness philosophy

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing
• Current Intravenous (IV) Therapy Certification and/or Blood Withdrawal (BW) Certification. This is a mandatory requirement as the LVN will need to be able to start IV hydration as well as draw blood.
• Minimum 3-6 months of clinical nursing experience (IV therapy or phlebotomy experience strongly preferred)
• Willing to take our Peptide course before starting (we pay for it).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated competency in venipuncture and IV catheter insertion
• Strong knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications BUT not required.

• Previous Experience in either oncology, IV hydration, wellness, integrative medicine, functional medicine, or aesthetic medicine settings.
• Knowledge of regenerative medicine therapies, peptide therapy, or hormone optimization
• Familiarity with biohacking principles and longevity medicine
• Experience with exosome therapy or stem cell treatments
• Additional certifications in aesthetic procedures or advanced injection techniques
• Passion for holistic health, preventive medicine, and patient education
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments
• Manual dexterity for precise IV insertion and injection procedures
• Ability to lift and move medical equipment and supplies (up to 25 lbs)
• Visual acuity for venipuncture and medication preparation
