We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, answering any questions regarding food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the cash register system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Handle guest relations effectively by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Promote daily specials or menu items to enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is REQUIRED
• Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling, and preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Experience with TOAST POS is preferred.
• A commitment to providing excellent guest services while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
