Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the products that best meet their needs. Your passion for sales and ability to connect with customers will drive our success and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
