Blue Chip Endeavors is adding a Full Time Sales Representative to our growing team

Blue Chip Endeavors has partnered with the leading telecommunication brand to create the best buying experience for our customers for all their telecom needs. This Sales Representative position will be based in Birmingham with travel to various assigned retail vendor locations in the Detroit metroplex. This position will work closely with management, trainers, and other account managers on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with new customers and educate them on various new products/services to increase the number of new sales accounts
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and help with upgrades and renewal plans
  • Represent and promote our brands at retail vendors and marketing events
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to address customer questions and concerns
  • Network and develop future pipeline
  • Achieve and contribute to individual and team sales quotas and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous sales, account management, retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Awesome communication skills and a personable nature to connect with customers and make them feel valued
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Self-driven and independent but also enjoy teamwork
  • Confident and able to network with various people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $1,200.00 per week
