Position Overview
We are hiring Jr. Data Annotators for an exciting onsite AI project in San Antonio, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a new career in data annotation and AI development.
As a Jr. Data Annotator, you will analyze, label, and classify data to help train and improve AI models. No prior experience is required—just strong English skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review, label, and annotate data with high accuracy
- Follow detailed project guidelines for data classification
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, or errors in datasets
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet project goals
- Support continuous improvement of annotation processes
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong command of US/American English
- Excellent attention to detail, focus, and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks consistently
- Good reading comprehension and ability to understand subtle nuances in language
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to work onsite full time in San Antonio
Language Fluency Expectation:
Able to understand and express themselves comfortably in nearly all situations, with the ability to differentiate subtle differences in meaning in complex contexts.
