Fort Worth Senior Project Manager

Looking to hire a direct hire Senior Project Manager in the Fort Worth, TX area

Responsibilities:

  • Visit job sites or onsite offices, perform work inspections, check job progress, and resolve project and contract issues
  • Ensure timely completion of high-quality projects within budget.
  • Conduct regular status updates and end-of-contract cost analysis.
  • Develop and keep current all the project schedules ensuring all schedules mesh with the master project schedule.
  • Provide periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis.
  • Conduct pre-job planning meetings and document meeting results, ensuring all action items are completed.
  • Establishes and executes subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.
  • Assemble the estimate for the project and review the final estimate and ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
  • Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance.
  • Identify and develop policies and procedures for continuous and aggressive improvement..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of direct experience required (project manager with a commercial mechanical contractor)
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

Pay: $125k and up (Pay is commensurate with skills and experience)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site)
