HVAC Call Center Agent

Are you a customer service pro with a knack for handling inbound and outbound calls? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping detailed, accurate records? We're looking for a motivated and reliable Call Center Agent to join our growing HVAC company

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers needing HVAC service, maintenance, or support
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, collect payments, and confirm jobs
  • Accurately log customer interactions, job details, and updates using Service Titan
  • Collaborate with our dispatch and technician teams to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and achieve company call center KPI goals, which may adjust periodically based on seasonality and business needs
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (HVAC or home services a plus)
  • Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with excellent note-taking and data entry abilities
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems while speaking with customers
  • Experience with Service Titan is a major plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude, team player, and reliable work ethic

Schedule & Compensation:

  • 8am-5pm full time schedule, some weekends as necessary
  • $16/hr
