- Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

- Collaborate with management to develop menus and create new dishes

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role in the food industry

- In-depth knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to plan menus and create recipes that meet dietary needs and preferences

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with management, staff, and customers

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean kitchen
