Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and guidelines

- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

- Provide excellent customer service to guests

- Help with banquet setup and breakdown

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area

- Must learn all recipes and specs

- Must maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness

- Must follow food safety guidelines

- Must have the ability to prepare all orders within specified ticket times

- Maintain organization and cleaniness throughout service

- Must be able to stand for 4-8 hours at a time

- Must complete any tasks delegated by management

Skills:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
