Job Overview

Are you passionate about skincare, science, and storytelling? I'm a dermatologist-in-training and skincare researcher launching a new digital brand that blends real science with approachable skincare education. My content will cover skincare tips for women and men, anti-aging science, ingredient breakdowns, product testing, and lifestyle content.

I'm looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Social Media & Content Manager to help grow my presence on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This role involves building the brand voice, helping strategize and post content, managing growth, and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and execute a cohesive content calendar across all platforms
  • Edit and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Brainstorm content ideas around skincare science, product claims, and trends
  • Monitor analytics and optimize posts for reach and engagement
  • Engage with followers and brands to grow the community

Ideal Candidate:

  • Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
  • Familiar with skincare, beauty, or wellness trends (bonus if you love the science side)
  • Experience with social media management, video editing, and analytics
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a startup-style environment

About the Creator:

You'll be working directly with a skincare researcher and founder developing his own skincare line which will combine dermatology expertise with scientific integrity and a fresh, relatable style.
