Job Description:

  • Greet patients upon arrival with a smile (:
  • Check patients in for care, take appropriate co-pays or payments
  • Schedule patient treatment plans
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office and workspace
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely fashion
  • Document all patient correspondence and appointment changes
  • Able to sit/stand for periods of time
  • Intake new patients with accuracy and confidence, build new patient files
  • Verify and help patients understand their insurance benefits
  • Follow office policies and procedures, and maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Fluent with Office Ally scheduling system a plus – but will train
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bonus if you have billing experience
