Employee Relations Director

Oxford Health Group in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Employee Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of Employee Management and Engagement We support several Assisted Living Communities, Home Health and Hospice companies through the state of California and Colorado.
This position requires someone with an enormous amount of patience, kindness, understanding of California employment laws, and experience writing policies, training, drafting disciplinary actions, reviewing/approving terminations, and managing leaves of absence is a plus. This is a new position and you will be developing the department from the "ground up".
If you have 3-5 years of successful Employee Relations experience (Union experience NOT required) we want to hear from you
