Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our Engineering department for the 2nd shift. In this full-time, hourly position, you will use your technical expertise and experience with CNC machinery to support the production of high-quality components. The role involves working on advanced equipment in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our engineering and manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure precision in production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure precision in machining.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in a production setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Willingness to work the designated 2nd shift schedule and support overtime as needed.
