Maintenance Tech:

$25-27/hr

Senior Haven is adding to our amazing team We are searching for a Maintenance Tech who will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant including, building, grounds and all engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Proper and consistent daily maintenance of facility exterior, including building, lawn, plant and/or flower beds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot.
  • Assures proper and consistent daily maintenance and housekeeping of facility interior, including resident apartments, common areas, offices, storage rooms, and kitchen.
  • Energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats.
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting a community of diverse people.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • 1 year maintenance experience, preferred
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
  • Ability to share on call responsibilities
