Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Duties

  • Answer the phone
  • Write up survey orders
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Data entry
  • Pull survey requests from files
  • Take care of all office duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
