Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Owned Director based in Houston, TX. The Pre-Owned Director will oversee the operations and management of the pre-owned vehicle division, including inventory management, sales performance, and profitability. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, training and supporting the sales team, collaborating with departments across the dealership, and analyzing market trends to drive growth in the pre-owned segment.
