Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and project management. This role combines field leadership with administrative oversight, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site activities, subcontractors, and schedules
  • Coordinate materials, inspections, and project documentation
  • Maintain communication with clients, architects, and vendors
  • Ensure safety, quality, and budget control
  • Lead by example with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and scheduling
  • Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
