*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.



Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone trackingCoordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholdersMonitor budget, resource allocation, risks, and issue resolutionProvide regular status updates, reports, and project documentationFacilitate project closure with final reporting and evaluationOriginate, update, and execute a comprehensive Strategic Communications PlanConduct audits of current and previous outreach activities to identify effectiveness and gapsConduct stakeholder assessments to develop tailored key messagesIdentify and utilize effective communication tools and tacticsSupport the NNSY CIO/DCIO with targeted information distribution and expectation managementDevelop briefs and content to educate the NNSY community on IT-related efforts and statusAssist in preparing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Strategic Plans as roadmaps for transformation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT related field Five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects Minimum of two (2) years of experience referenced above shall be directly related to the areas of Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planningActive PMP certification or ITILv3 Intermediate certification requiredActive Security clearance required
