What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by leadership.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for potential guests.
- Maintain organized account files and complete weekly sales reports.
- Develop and execute action plans to grow business.
- Stay plugged into the local market and competitive landscape.
- Handle third-party requests and leverage creative selling to maximize revenue.
- Build strong community connections and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and client communications.
- Champion brand standards and service culture.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and accountability.
