Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and developing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on best practices in technical sales and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Analyze market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
  • Experience in business development and account management is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
