Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tire & Truck Parts Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for truck tires, wheels, and truck accessories. This role will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining key customer relationships, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth in the Houston market and surrounding regions.

The ideal candidate has strong selling experience in truck parts, tires, commercial fleet services, logistics industry, or automotive aftermarket.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management & Business Development

  • Lead and grow sales of truck tires, wheels, accessories, and aftermarket parts.
  • Identify and develop new B2B customers (truck repair shops, fleets, tire shops, logistics companies).
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat sales.
  • Conduct field sales visits, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
  • Set weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and sales strategies to team members.

Customer & Market Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Handle major customer accounts and negotiate large-volume deals.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools and prepare sales reports.
  • Participate in trade shows, fleet events, and industry networking activities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in truck parts, commercial tires, automotive aftermarket, or related industries.
  • Experience managing a sales team is strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
  • Knowledge of truck components, tire specifications, and maintenance products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and digital sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English + Chinese OR English + Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required; willingness to travel locally.
