Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our medical technology business in Florida. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits and communications
  • Identify and prospect new customers and opportunities for business growth
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings for customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably in Florida
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
