We're looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being part of a small, supportive team.

What You'll Do Delivery Driving (Local Routes)

  • Safely deliver flooring materials to customers (valid driver's license w/ clean record required).

  • Load and unload product (heavy lifting up to 75lbs required).

  • Build strong, friendly relationships with customers at drop-offs (positive attitude required).

  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (experience driving box trucks or commercial vans preferred but not required).

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, stock, and organize flooring materials.

  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (we train).

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

    Salary Range: $18-$22/hr and bonus eligible
    The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
