As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and engage with visitors and staff to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while adhering to Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor the location for any irregularities and report observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with location staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain an orderly environment.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
