Cyber Communications Engineer

Request Management: Collect and triage comms requests from internal teams.

Message Drafting: Translate technical content into user-friendly language.

Customer Engagement: Set expectations and provide updates on message delivery.

Multi-Channel Distribution: Publish across email, portals, training platforms, and SPO.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Training, and Corporate Comms.

User Impact Translation: Explain how control/policy changes affect user experience.

Cyber Awareness:

• Foster a culture of "students of security" by delivering the global cyber awareness program. This includes firm-wide InfoSec communications and maintaining internal security resources and guidance pages on Client's intranet site.

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote cybersecurity awareness across the firm.

• Craft engaging and informative content for various channels, including newsletters, intranet posts, emails, and social media.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the firm's security policies and initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, using feedback and data to continuously improve outreach efforts.

• 3-4 years minimum experience

Cyber or investment/finance background not needed

Collaboration experience; ability to work across multiple teams

Effective, creative and impactful writing skills

Technical writing skills

"Social Media -ish" communications for internal postings;

Communications for internal websites

Create effective and impactful email communications

A candidate that has created and led a marketing campaign a plus

Brand awareness experience; ability to promote events across various teams, company wide

Microsoft Office Suite; other MS platforms

Education:

Bachelor's degree strongly encouraged, preferably in Communications, Technical Writing, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
