We are looking for a top-tier salesperson who excels in high-ticket sales through cold calling and relationship building. This person will work with the team to qualify leads, work independently to convert those leads, and work with management to close deals.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to leads, building rapport, identifying customer needs, engaging in consultative sales conversations, and closing high-value deals. You must have a closer mentality, exceptional persuasion skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with C Suite and executive contacts. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on finding the best solution for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce customized software development solutions to meet their challenges.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm, qualified leads.
  • Engage prospects in deep discovery conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Pitch relevant software solutions to meet the prospect's requirements.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Follow up diligently with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and management to develop and implement cold-calling strategies. Continuously refine sales presentations and strategies to improve success rates.
  • Report on sales progress and outcomes to management during sales meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in software development services.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a strong ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic about sales, highly motivated to achieve for both clients and the business.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of self confidence.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and deal with rejection professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% commission-based compensation with
    uncapped earning potential
    (commission on invoiced software development).
  • Territory: USA (not currently subdivided)
  • Travel Expectation: None (this is a remote cold calling to closing role)
  • Average Deal Size: $2 million/year in Billable Hours
  • Compensation: Commission on Billable Hours
  • Expected Deals per Year: 2-4
