For additional information, please contact the Emerging Talent Program at Title: Ticket Operations InternDepartment: Ticket OperationsStatus: Intern (3-month program)Location: Los Angeles, CAPay Rate: $18.00/hour + housing stipendInterviews for our 2026 Internship positions will take place in March 2026The Ticket Operations department is the back side of our Ticket Sales team. We use our Ticketing system, ProVenue, to set up all ticket offers (Packages, Singles, Groups, Ticket Packs, etc.). We provide immediate assistance to the Sales and Service team, in addition to Premium as well. Any department requests that come with Ticketing needs will be assisted by us.Game day operations include monitoring scans and troubleshooting any issues, reporting attendance numbers, conducting ADA relocations, and answering Customer Service phone calls. We also monitor a CS inbox and complete cases/tasks submitted by our Sales team.Duties/Responsibilities:Proficient in Microsoft Office skillsDetail oriented, strong communication skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environmentMust have a can-do attitude and be team orientedMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysOther duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institutionMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer monthsUnrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Interns collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
