Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in maintaining equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the operational efficiency of our equipment and systems, including high voltage components.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance overall equipment reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various types of machinery.
  • Familiarity with high voltage systems and electrical components.
  • Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for field service responsibilities.
