We are seeking a
Senior Accountant
to play a critical role in restructuring, managing, and scaling the company from a financial and accounting perspective. This is a high-impact position for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to take ownership of financial operations as we expand.

Key Responsibilities


• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Restructure and optimize accounting systems to support rapid growth and scalability.


• Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations.


• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.


• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to drive strategic decision-making.


• Process Improvement: Implement financial controls, policies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.


• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimization.


• Audit & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, tax filings, and support external audits as needed.


• Technology & Systems: Evaluate and implement accounting software and automation tools for scalability.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).


• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or high-growth environment.


• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial planning, and internal controls.


• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and drive process improvements.
