A reputable, Minnesota-licensed home health care organization is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Summary

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing daily staff scheduling and coverage for home health and personal care clients. This role ensures clients are consistently matched with the most qualified caregivers, balancing client needs, personality, and staff availability. The Staffing Coordinator works closely with field staff, clients, nurses, and administrative leadership to ensure seamless coordination of services and compliance with all agency policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly staff schedules for PCA, HHA, and Homemaker employees.
  • Match staff with clients based on skill set, availability, and client care needs.
  • Handle same-day scheduling issues such as no-shows, call-ins, and last-minute client changes.
  • Provide after-hours and weekend phone coverage as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records in the scheduling and electronic visit verification (EVV) system.
  • Communicate promptly with clients, caregivers, and supervisors to confirm visits and resolve issues.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate employee performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary follow-up as needed..
  • Participate in team meetings, quality improvement discussions, and staffing strategy planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
