We are a small title company located in Clearwater that services all of Florida. We are a small group of the 3 that work together as a team.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Jr. Escrow Officer to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will have interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently manage title files from start to finish.

**Duties:**

Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing including but not limited to:

  • Opening new orders

  • Assist in preparing HUDS.

  • Seating in house closings

  • Review contracts and loan documents

  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction

  • Ability to read a Title Commitment

  • Assist with Answering phones.

**Experience:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance

  • Proficiency in basic math and financial calculations

  • Knowledge of escrow procedures and contract review

  • Knowledge in Qualia a plus but not required
